Dear people, I just founded out that you have to press the on.inc button to get more power. So happy cause without the extra power I wouldnt feel much. Minus thing is that it doesnt stick well when sweating. I would recommend to order some extra EMS pads and controllers because you get 16 pieces

These types are definitely better than most on the market. Wish store sold the sticker parts not including the power source boxes… I have over 20 of them now and still using the first 2 I ever got in the mail with sets. Do be careful using these, make sure to charge the gel pads after 6-7 uses and know once you change it you can only use the same sticker pad another 4-5 times before “burn marks” appear on some or all of the sticker electrical parts under the the gel pads and it will begin to give you electrical burns on your skin. And damn do they hurt and take a while to heal… throw the sticker electrical pads away and get another one friends… I’ve been testing so many of these types of EMS pads over the past 5 months and found good ones and crappy ones. And I have also tried to push the EMS stickers to their limits just to test them out and now I’ve got some cool scars that look like I was a tad stabbed it screw driver look lol. But eh. My stomach has lost several inches
